1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Phonzilla's repair services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Phonzilla provides mobile device repair services including but not limited to:

  • • Screen replacement and repair
  • • Battery replacement and power system repair
  • • Camera repair and calibration
  • • Water damage assessment and repair
  • • Charging port and connectivity repair
  • • Audio system and speaker repair
  • • Button and switch repair

3. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • • Provide accurate information about your device and the issues
  • • Back up important data before repair (we are not responsible for data loss)
  • • Remove personal information and disable security features when possible
  • • Pay for services according to agreed pricing and payment terms
  • • Pick up repaired devices within 30 days of completion

4. Warranty Terms

We provide a 90-day warranty on all repairs covering:

  • • Defects in replacement parts
  • • Workmanship issues related to the repair
  • • Functionality problems directly related to our service

Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear after repair completion.

5. Limitation of Liability

Phonzilla's liability is limited to the cost of the repair service. We are not responsible for data loss, indirect damages, or consequential losses. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific repair service.

6. Data and Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle personal data according to our Privacy Policy. We recommend backing up important data before any repair service. While we take precautions to protect data during repairs, we cannot guarantee data preservation.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

  • • Payment due upon completion of repair service
  • • Accepted payment methods: cash, credit/debit cards, digital payments
  • • Diagnostic fees may apply for devices deemed unrepairable
  • • Unclaimed devices may be disposed of after 30 days with associated fees

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York State. These terms are governed by New York State law.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
