Warranty Period

Our warranty begins on the date of repair completion and lasts for 90 days. The warranty period does not extend if additional repairs are performed under warranty.

Warranty Validation

To claim warranty service, you must provide your original repair receipt or service documentation. We maintain digital records of all repairs for easy verification.

Warranty Repair Process

Warranty repairs are performed at no charge when the issue is covered under warranty terms. If the issue is determined to be outside warranty coverage, we will provide an estimate for additional repair services.

Transferability

Our warranty is transferable to new device owners if the device is sold during the warranty period. The new owner must provide proof of purchase and original repair documentation.

Geographic Coverage

Warranty service is available at any Phonzilla location across all 5 NYC boroughs. We also provide mobile warranty service for qualifying repairs.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. Our liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective part or service.
